Hello there,

the dash problem described in this post below is still present with version Pro 12.

For the time being, I remove them individually in each the html files. That could be tedious when a website has 19 pages. Do you have an update soon for this insignificant, but very annoying bug?

Thanks in advance,

Quang

Hello Quang,

The dash is meant to separate the page title from the site title. If you do not specify the site title at step 1, the dash ends up being the last part of the page title tag.

I've reported the issue to the dev team. By the way, the best thing to do is to specify the site title at step 1 since it's very important for SEO.

Thanks for your input, Claudio,

That seems to be the root cause. It would be helpful, if there is at least a warning when someone skips this step 1. Sometimes, I'd like to work on the content first and specify the appropriate title later on. But now that I know it's crucial for the SEO and it's not possible to correct it afterwards, I'll keep it in mind.

Some of my past projects, I had to start from scratch in order to avoid this "dash isue".

Anyhow, thanks again!

Quang
