Copy and past cel properties doenst work

Hi,
I work in evolution 9 wich unfortunately isn't officialy supported any more.
I haven't had this issue before. I make a new row, copy the cell above the row and past it in the new row. Before as result I had exact the same cell ( layout, frame and content ). Now, I have the same content but the frame around the content is gone.
As solution I try this:
When I push right button on the cell, I choose copy style. Next right click on the new cell and past style. It doesnt do anything, it makes no difference. The frame around the new cell is gone.
How can I get this frame back?

copy and past should work for style with right mouse button. Have you tryed restart x5, or maybe even restart pc? Maybe there is a hickup somewhere.

Thank you very much for your response. I haven't tried this.Unfortunately after rebooting my laptop and X5 it doesn't make a difference.
Now the frame of the 4 main buttons on the home page are gone aswell. I havent modified anything concerning those buttons. Strange.
I am thinking about upgrading to evolution 12 to fix these problems. Is this recommended?

Upgrade by all means and take avantage of evo 12 with free evo 13 when released next month, it is totally worth it, however, you should not be experiencing these problems with evo 9.
Has your OS recently updated? Is your HD in good condition? (chkdsk c: /r from elevated cmd prompt)
copy and past should work if you have problems in v9 and you did not had them before then it could be that v12 has the same issue. I would suggest to try and resolve it. But beside the issue, upgrading from v9 is recommended always, cause there where a lot of changes in websites where v12 or even the newly to come v13 are better suited.
Next thing is try reinstall v9 completly, you could make a backup of your project in step5 to be safe but normally everything will keep on werking and projects are still there after reinstall.

Thanks again for all the responds.
I upgraded to the latest version of evolution 9 to see if the problem would vanish. It didn't. Is this the same as uninstalling and reinstalling?
I checked my disk and it says it's clean.
If evo 12 will fix this problem I will probably buy it.
No it's not the same.
Did you install any other software lately that might influance the copy and paste behavior?
Still do a full reinstall.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version (wich I previously had installed).
When the programm opens it looks exactly the same: my projects are still visible.
I try again copy and pasting the cell layout, with nog result. The save button doesnt light up wich means there was no change made.
Is there something else I can do to make this work except installing V12?

I now have the trial version V12 installed but I can't open my old project to trie if the upgrade has fixed my problem :-(

no but you can test if v12 has the same issue or not with a new project.
You could also try in v9 to see if there is the same issue in a new project.
If v12 and v9 work correctly then there could be an issue with the project itself, what you could do then is export the project in step5.
Import thet exported project in project selection and see if this has purged the problem.

In demo version V12 I did not had this problem any more.
I have Now purchased V12 and the errors are gone.
When I saw net framework beiing installed/ updated, I had the same toughts than X5 croatia.
