Yes, you can upgrade to Professional 12.

First, check here:

If there are no links to Professional 12 listed, then set this thread to 'Private' by clicking on the small padlock icon at the bottom right of your initial post, and wait for the Incomedia support team to respond.  They usually do so within 24/48 hours, but please note they do not work weekends.
