I am using WebSite X5 11 and Windows 10, when I select advertising message I have three options under message type :

1. Show ads on top right corner

2. Show ads in a box

3. Show ads in a horizontal bar

When I select 1. Show ads on top right corner, it then offers me  a choice of 9 styles from 1. Blue Star to 9. Hearts.

Options 2 and 3 work OK, option 1. Show ads on top right corner does not work irrespective of whatever style 1 to 9

that I choose. The preview screen shows "Couldent load plug-in".

I have checked that I have the folder "Extensions" in the Web Site X5 Evolution folder and it contains "np-mswmp.dll and NPSW32_11_5_502_110.dll files.

Any help to resolve this issue would be appreciated.
