After installing website X5 pro version 13 the program crashes just after the start window is showed.

Which windows version are you using?
Can you please also write me the error message you get when it crashes in the Details Tab?

I am using W10 pro 64 bit.
But problem is solved by removing Lavasoft Web Companion program.
