Top and Bottom disappeared from "style" folder in v13

It seems that evo v13 doesn't create top.png and bottom.png files in the style folder, though it uses them when they exist.
In place 4 objects appear in the "image" folder :
- one for the background image of the top
- one for the text of the header
- 2 for the 2 lines of text
This makes the management of the site very difficult because theese objects are spread among the numerous images being the content of my photo site (I guess that this change is made to make adaptative design easyer)
A good idea would be placing these few objects back in the "style" folder.

Further more, when transferring these objects to my site the top objects do not not appear in the right order, namely text over the background image; this makes the name of my site disappear !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So please continue to generate top and bottom images in the "style" folder.

Forgot to say that the involved project has been created in v10 and transported to v13 via v11 and v12.
Hello Henri,
The header and footer section changed since now you can add all the objects you want. In the previous versions all the content was merged with the header or footer background image but now these remains objects and in some cases there's no need to have a top or bottom file.
The content you add in the header now it part of the content since you can manage it in the same way and it's why it goes in the image folder, where the content images are added.
Can you please send me a screeenshot of the issue you desribe about the background image which covers the name of the website?
