Hello.
After installation WebSiteX5 v13 (13.0.0.14) the program does not start. Noactivationwindow. No errors.Justnothing happens.

I'm using Windows 10 Pro x64. The system was recently installed, so that it does not have any previous versions WebSiteX5.
I have a variety of programs and never had any problems running or installing.
*I have installed all the necessary components, such as .Net Framework and Visual C ++ 2010 / 2013
And.. I also disabled my antivirus. So I do not understand what could be the problem ...

***I noticed in Task Manager that the startup WebSiteX5, the process of "WebSite X5 Webinstaller" appears and immediately disappears. But I do not know why this is happening.

I'll be grateful for any advice and the help.

I wanted to find any log-files, which would try to understand what could be the problem, but in the log-files have nothing ...

Here - C:\Users\[user_name]\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebInstaller\

I found a file "WebInstallerLog20161011_0.log"

*Henrikh., check that you have the file? What data does it contain?

I do have website evolution 12 installed and experiencing same or very similar problem.  I opened and load up from website, and received a LIC. number.  The software exe. was loaded to C:Progamfiles as opposed to C:Programfiles (86) where Evolution 12 is located.  When I open WebsiteX5.exe at C:programfiles/  the main window opens like all is okay, but then a small window pops up saying there is a problem and Windows 10 is collecting information for a solution and closing WebsiteX5.  Cannot get past this.  I have tried a restart with windows 10 but no luck.  The opening screen opens the stops and windows closes it.

Have you tried installing as administrator (right click, run as admin), and have you looked in the windows event logs (I would clear all logs, run WX5 and then look at the logs). This information may assist Incomedia.

Yes, of course I tried to install and run the program as an administrator.

I checked the windows event logs and yes, there are erros:

error - imRegister.exe // .Net Runtime 1026

Description: Application: imRegister.exe Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. Exception Info: System.InvalidOperationException at System.Security.Cryptography.MD5CryptoServiceProvider..ctor() Stack: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException    at System.RuntimeMethodHandle.InvokeMethod(System.Object, System.Object[], System.Signature, Boolean)    at System.Reflection.RuntimeConstructorInfo.Invoke(System.Reflection.BindingFlags, System.Reflection.Binder, System.Object[], System.Globalization.CultureInfo)    at System.Security.Cryptography.CryptoConfig.CreateFromName(System.String, System.Object[])    at System.Security.Cryptography.MD5.Create()    at A.H.P(System.String)    at A.H.D()    at A.O.D()    at A.O..ctor(A.CP, System.String, Boolean, D)    at A.N..ctor(System.String[], A.CP)    at A.M.D(System.String[])

Unfortunately I do not know how to fix it. Also, I believe that this problem of "WebSiteX5". Because a great number of my programs and games are working perfectly.

But I still will be glad to receive any help. And also I want to hear the answers of representatives of Incomedia.

Hello Des Mono,

Please try to repair the .NET Frameworks by following these steps and then try it again:

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and then click on OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.6 and then click ok.

Many thanks!

Claudio D. No, it does not help.

I figured out what the problem is.
I often connect to my computer remotely (using RDP). And for security, I use FIPS 140 (Federal Information Processing Standards). But your program for some reason is not compatible with this standard. After turning off the FIPS 140 WebSiteX5 is started and the activation window appears.
Ok, I solved my own problem.

If you re-enable FIPS 140, the program activation is not possible.
Yes, now I understand what the problem is. But the fact that your program is not compatible with this standard, it is very bad.
