Project Conversion Issues from Version 11 to Version 13

After purchasing and update a Website X5 13, the error "An error occurred while loading the Project. (Object reference not set to an instance of the object.)" appears when importing a project from 11 to 13.
What are my options in resolving this error so I may use Website X5 13 and not immediately return it?

Fixed the problem. I read through the various manuals/documents about Verison 13 and noticed that the 360 rotation within the gallery was moved to its own object. The project in question had this 360 rotation and x5 13 did not recognize it. Removing it/altering it resolved the problem.
