In the startup of v13 you can find a preference button with a preference folder for your projects,

set this from v13 (remember it cause later om you need to set it back, this is not strictly needed but recomenden.

to the v12 demo folder. then op en the demo project, then export the demo project in step5 in v13 with export project.

Now set the folder back, open the exported project and your good to go.
