Version 13 Pro - Dont Open imported project from 12 Pro

Dear Sirs,
I have imprted my project from Ver 12 Pro, to Ver 13 Pro.
When i m going to open the project on Ver 13.. i m waiting for hours but nothing happened. The project is not opening !

I am sorry for this situation. Do you get any error message?I kindly ask you to attach a screenshot of the screen when you try and open the project. Also, I notify that we have released a beta version of WebSite X5 13.0.1.15, which we will officially release in the near future and which should solve this cases of projects getting stucked at a certain percentage when opening.

There are NO error messages. Just dont opening.
The fact is that under this situation , i can NOT use the version 13. I paid for it but Its useless for my case.
Thank you for beta suggestion, but its a fully worked business website, so i cant do experiments.

Is it possible you have a little specialist code? I noticed a floating advert (solar skin?) that appears and doesn't appear to be native to WX5. Perhaps you could copy the pro 12 version to create a temporary version and then remove all added-in code and scripts? I have had a few issues with projects containing very small snipits of code which appear fine, but obviously do not live up to the standards of WX5 v13.0.1.16 Once removed my site was fine.
Have you ever looked in the Windows logs (I would clear them first to make it easy to identify the issue) in control panel, administrative tools, events? It should be obvious which process has stopped and this may assist incomedia?
