Importing from version 12 to 13 is hanging up at 99%...

I am importing a version 12 backup to the new version 13, and it is sticking at 99% for more than an hour before I must close it through task manager.
I have tried it after a clean reboot, and I have no other programs running.
Any suggestions?

David - check for updates and make sure you're running v13.0.1.16

I copied the backup file onto a different thumb drive / memory stick and it seemed to work!
Might have been something to do with the formatting of the older drive vs a newer one??
