I have WebSite X5 Evolution 11 and Windows 10. I get error on every file when loading the Project to Internet. I have tryed the solution from 03/16/2012 for Evolution 9 and done as follows:

1 Deleted the "preview" and "upload" folder.

2. Deleted the files project.iwprj and metadata.xml.

But I could not find the file backup.iwprj to rename. Now I'm stuck.

Kind regards.

Hello

Its not possible to get a schreenshot of the page.

I have renamed the last uploaded....iwprj-file to project.iwprj. When I start the program and try to import a project, the program can't find the iwzip-file?

If there is a backup of your project it is in the Backup directory in you project directory. The backup will only exist if you uploaded your site using the built in FTP engine.

The only time I have used the restore from backup I got very odd results. In my case I only had success when I restored all existing files in the project directory and simply replaced the iwprj file.  Is there any chance that the deleted files are in the recycle bin? If this is the case you could restore everything except the iwprj and then proceed to open your backup.

If Incomedia or a moderator knows more, it would be nice if they could now step in and assist :-)

Hello Arvid,

I am sorry, but I cannot understand if you have problems when exporting to Internet or when importing a project. Anyway, please do not delete the files project.iwprj and metadata.xml. A screenshot of the error would be very helpful in order to find a solution.

Thank you in advace. Kind regards.

Hello Arvid,

I am sorry for this situation.

Please try and disable your firewall and antivirus. Also, start the program as administrator. If this does not help, please try and contact your server, as it may lack of space for you to upload your project online.

Let me know if you need further help. Kind regards.
