I have not been successful in importing my work from ver12 to ver13. See attachment. Running windows 10

there is an object or link to a place that's not there anymore. Or another code /object is not validid did you remove a picture or something?
Try to find the link / object that causes this, then remove it or correct the link. Then upgrade should be fine.
