What widget is to be used for registering the new user to our site?

I have installed the widget "Log in - Log out" and that is for the registered users. So, my question is how to begin making Registered users of my site? I'm using WebSite X5 Evolution 13 and the DresShop Template.

In 1. settings/advanced, You have the access management.
In here, You create the groups and the users You want for the groups.
That's all.
