Responsive Header Text showing old text and cannot be removed
Auteur : Mike D.After converting to W5 version 13 from 12 I have having a wierd issue with the header text not being able to be changed/removed from my template. In my full size website version I dont see the old text in the transparent header box AND my new text shows perfectly on my website at www.norcalblitz.com. Now the wierd part is when I enable responsive and click to edit the view on these devices I see my old text and it seems it is one with the transparent backgroud and not an object I can delete or edit. The text from my website is there but when viewed on my mobile devices it shows the old text in the backgroup and the new text I have for my website. I have hidden my new text from this view and am currently using my old text until I can find a way to remove this old text as the double text just looks bad. You can see the different text on my website with both PC and mobile device.
I know this is a bug in the conversion or something but I just want to know if any one as ideas on how to remove this old text header?
The text in the header can be in one or in all 4 responsive modes, use the left side colour bar to check them all4.
These can be found in step2 template customization / header and footer content.
It could also be that it is in the step2 template customization/ template structure, also in all or in 1 or responsive part, check also the backgound properties for all 4 parts.
So there are 12 check points, hope you will find it.
Also maybe helpfull the conversion manuals/guides: https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/fr/post/154023
