Thanks Jamie,
As long as there is no link to a page where user needs to pay for information I don't see any problem.

Hello Jamie,
Is this an isolated issue or are others affected as well, plus is there a due date on the fix?
Thanks

Hi
we have not had reports from any other users yet. So it could be an isolated issue.
there is no due date yet for the fix as we are in the process of updating the payment gateways, and making some minor changes.

Hello Jamie,
If this is an isolated issue maybe it's the way I embedded the code let me explain how I entered the information;
1. Make sure that your website loads jQuery. If it doesn't, just add this line into head section: (I put this After opening the Head tag)
2. If you plan to use Stripe, add this line into head section too: (Not planning to use Stripe so I put nothing)
3. Add these lines into head section (before </head> tag): (I put this Before closing the Head tag)
4. Insert file shortcode (take it on Files page) in the place where you want to see payment box. Example: (This I put Page Creation/HTML Code)
The way I input the embedded code is through the Page Properties by clicking on Map Creation then highlighted the page then click on Properties then there is three tabs (General Graphic and Expert) Expert is where I input the code.
I hope this will resolve the issue otherwise I'm stuck with a program I can't use.
Thanks

Hi the short code for the file box should be in a HTML widget box not in the page properties.

jamie
Hello Jamie,
Sorry for the confusion, and yes I did put it there when I installed it (In the HTNL widget) so that mean there is another problem.
Thanks
Darryl
Hello Jamie,
Well if there is no date on the fix and I can't use the program do you believe that there is a refund necessary?
Thanks
