I've imported my website into version 13 from version 12. I'm finding that the site menu, which I have set to appear below the header is not appearing, apart from a set of horizontal bars in the top right corner. I've tried resetting the size of the menu box in Template Customisation, but without success. Any ideas/solutions. Thanks in advance.

David, it sounds like your menu items take up more space than available, you could move the breakpoint (step 2, customisation, responsive) and make it larger, or make your menu items smaller.
There won't be much in it, but the conversion from V12 to V13 seems use different arithmatic to calculate width required to fit all menu items across the screen.

Thanks, I'll give it a try!

No success! I've tried reducing the button width right down to 66 on V13 as opposed to 124 on V12. No effect whatsoever. It's back to V12 for me! I've wasted too much time on this.
Hello David,
Does your menu contains many pages?
Is the website online to see it?
If yes can you please write me the link to it?
Many thanks!

Hi Claudio. Thanks for your assistance. My menu has 16 buttons on two rows. You can view it (created in V12) at www.minster-gothic.com
I look forward to your comments. Please feel free to email me direct at *** if you need any further information.

That is 16 buttons in total. 2 rows of 8.
Hello David,
In Version 13 the menu can only use 1 row and in case it's wider it switches automatically to the hamburgermenu.
Many thanks!
David
If this was my website I would take a screen shot of your existing menu in V12, then in a paint program break it up into separate images, one for each menu option.
Then on the home page (or as many pages as you wished) I would layout 8 cells across in 2 rows and put a menu image in each, link each to any page you want, add any effect and or object style you require, and if each "menu" item is an image, you have even more options.
In V13 with a bit of forthought, you would have the best of both worlds, a toaster menu and a button menu. At reduced resolutions you could then choose to rearrange using breakpoints or hide them depending on what you wished the user to see.
This would turn what you see as a limitation in V13 into an opportunity. At the moment your users with mobiles or tablets never see your current home page, by doing the above you could show them an optimized home page for their devise.
Just a thought. . . .

Thanks Esahc, I'll give that idea a try when I have the time to spare. I'll let you know how I/if I progress. Thanks again.
