Prevent the map from moving when inserting a cursor on over to the map

Hello
Is there any possiblity to prevents the map from moving when you insert a cursor on over it by accidently?
This problem not appear when I visit my page on mobile phone (because Google Maps feature will recuire user to use 2 fingers, when it is intended to move the map).

To overcome this issue (especially annoying on my mobile), I do a screen capture of the map, place it as an image and link it to the full google url.
eg http://esahc.com/contact.html
