How to create catalog with no prices

How can i make catalog like this one , which wich function- table or shopping card or...:
I don't want to have prices, only photos , videos and info

Each group has more subgroup.

I would create a website with pictures as the main(link) group.
then another page, fur subgroup, make that one hidden. Then add from the main group a link to the hidden subgroup. That's it. You could set a text field if you wish below the picture to add comment.
Make as many subgroups as you want / or have pictures in the main(link) page.
