Yes. Version 13.1.13 changed the HTML "div" in the CSS "padding" and the entire site got corrupted.

please try and reboot you PC, start the program again and press ctrl+shift+preview, so to veify if you can see your project correctly. If not, please give me more details, as well as some screen shots and the link to your website.
