Why do I lose all of my projects with each version 13 upgrade?

Twice now I have been told there is an upgrade and after I do the upgrade all of my projects are then missing.
I guess i should back up more often, but this is not good. Am I doing something wrong or have a bad setting?

Are you saying you cannot find your projects, or that when you try open them they are broken and can't be opened?
Since you are using the Pro Version, do you make regular use of the backup now option (down arrow next to save).
You say it's happened before - how did you resolve/fix the issue??
Hello Joe,
Try to search on your computer for files with as name project.iwprj2 and in case set as project folder in the preferences of the program the main folder which contains the folders with the project.iwprj2 files.
Once done go to the project selection to see if these are again visible.

Sheesh user error. Had everything going to the One Drive, nd deleted it when it ran out of space thinking they were old basck ups. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction
