How do you add "General Site Map" to Special Pages?

I have two websites: one has "General Site Map" in sthe special pages, and one that doesn't. I have looked at all the help pages I can find, but I still can't figure how to add it.
Also is it possible to configure "imsitemap.html" so that the initial view is "reduce all" (collapsed rather than expanded).

goto step1 advanced then statistics and code.
For the collapsed sitemap there is no option in x5, maybe Incomedia can create one in the future, best way is to make an IDEA post for that.

In step 2 Text Style you need to enable the footer menu to have the special page sitemap.
