Absolutely Stumped -- AGAIN!

I am working with the HEAVY template that I purchased recently from Incomedia. On the ABOUT Page there is a graphic that appears in the Preview, but it is absolutely impossible for me to find it inside ANY of the cells on this page. See the attached file.
The graphic bg_about_content.jpg cannot be accounted for. I have opened the ROW FORMATS interface, and there are NO GRAPHICS listed in any of the first 3 rows!
How is possible for the large image at the top of the ABOUT Page to appear when it does not EXIST in any of the cells, not even in the CELL FORMAT area?
Please, if anyone can tell me how this page can work with a non-existent object, I'd love to know the secret.
Please tell me where this image is HIDING!

Esahc, this is a different question from my previous post, because the responses in the previous post do not solve the problem in this post.
Attention Samantha M.
Unfortunately, all the good information you supplied in my other post on this topic does NOT help me on this page, the ABOUT Page. There is still no way for me to figure out how the graphic appears at the top of this page because, as the attached file shows, there is NO graphic in any of the first 3 rows (no dots are solid). So how can it show up on the page.
This is remarkable in that it is impossible for me to figure out how the "magic" is performed in this template.
Please help, specifically on this page, the About Page. Thank you.
I don't have a website adress, then it is easyer to find out, now I have to guess;
Try step3 select the page, then check the properties button, I suspect it's a background image of the page.

It's the HEAVY template from Incomedia, and the About Page.
I wish the solution was as simple as you have suggested, however, it's WAY beyond that. I cannot find the graphic in any cell or in any dialogue box. It's a total mystery to me.

Hi Andre.
Sorry, I completely misunderstood your reply when I first read it.
The answer you provided is CORRECT. Hurray!
Terrific... thank you so much!
