No Licence for WebsiteX5 Evolution 13 Demo

I have installed the demo of Evolution 13 but it requires a licence key. I assumed it would be sent by email but it hasn't and it doesn't appear in the list of licences on my account page.
Please can someone help.

Delete the downloaded installer and then download it again and follow again the installation procedure.
Please keep me updated.
