Add your licence here in answers, top right pulldown next to your name.
Then later on you can use same pulldown menu to go to the download section.

Check if you find the v.11 FREE in your > Download Profile.
If it does not mean it will not be possible, as old and free.
In case you wait for the STAFF Intervention.
It would be better to rebuild the new site with the current v.13...!...
