Oversize file [search.inc] being uploaded

I'm creating a website and the only extra stuff that it has is that is mainly made out of dynamic objects: 10 per page and the full site is only 8 pages and every time I edit something this big file is being uploaded, what is it? is it normal?

Yes it is correct. This file needs to be uploaded with every change to keep the search engine results correctly updated according to the new content added. The size of this file depends on the content on the website since it is used for the search function on the website.
