How do i use the software to create a social dating site

I am wanting to create a social dating site that connects people of all walks of life, nothing vulgar but I would love some help on creating the features needed and how to correctly set up a membership platform that allows each member to have their own profile page.
I want to be able to have the member fill out a profile page that would help to connect them with similar members who have the same interests and likes, but I would also like to monitor activity to make sure the site is clean and comforting to members and allow them to maintain their privacy.
Can you help or have suggestions on the best methods to use the software to obtain this goal?

I don't think X5 is the software for building a dating-site.
X5 can be used as a container for that, but you need a software designed for the purpose.
You could take a look at : https://sourceforge.net/projects/ph7socialdating/ This software is free. I don't know the software but it seem to have a lot of functionality regarding dating.
There are also other software on the market. Price 500 - 1000 $ one time fee.
There is also https://www.admidio.org/ a totally free software packet.
The ADMIDIO software is not designed to be a dating software, but I know the software very well and I know it could be used if you do not have special demands. It has a message function, where members can send messages or mails to each other, and there is also a chat function.
