Main menu wording out of position

The wording in the main menu tabs shows correct positioning in preview (dead centre of the tabs vertically and horizontally) but when viewed on line the words are misaligned to the top of the tabs. This is true when viewed on Firefox and MS Edge. What is causing the misalignment and how do I stop it? www.castlegatesandautomation.co.uk

In the top left you have a "funny" text. It is in Chrome, IE and Firefox.
Maybe it is something that is causing trouble - or is it something that should be on the page ?
In 1 Template Style / Main Menu you can style your menu : How is your settings here ?
