Many thanks, Elisa my first problem is in General Settings in the `Website Address (URL): bit what do I put? How can I just pull a URL from nowhere?
I'm attaching a pic of what I mean

You have to subscribe, registrarre, Your domain and your web space > webhosting.
Then enter the full address of your site, as indicated in the Help.
> Step 1 - Settings > General Settings | ▪WebSite Address (URL)
(IT) - Devi sottoscrivere, registrare, un tuo dominio ed un tuo spazio web.
quindi inserire l'indirizzo completo del tuo sito, come indicato nella Guida.

as KolAsim mentioned, you need to subscribe to a hosting provider so to get a domain and web space, which will be necessary to choose the correct URL and export the website.
