Hello,
I am using WEb X5 Evolution 13 and want to add the Google Maps service to my website. So i was wondering if that is legal or not for commercial purposes? Do i need and Google Maps API? HTML Code? Or do i just add the option without having to worry about anything?

In general if the map is accessible to everyone and you don't charge the visitors to see it then you can use if for free.

Does Evo 13 use Google Maps in an iframe which is only allowed for private websites, or does Evo 13 use the Google Maps API which is allowed for commercial websites?

It is show via iframe but about the use on commercial sites the what counts is your website needs needs tyo be accessible to everyone and not only paying members.
If it's necessary to pay to see the map then you need to use the API.
