Hi Gökhan, 

you need to set the time zone on your profile, if you want to see the real time. 

First click on your name (top left, it is a green button), then select "My profile" from the drop-down list. You then need to click on My details, which you find towards the end of the side menu, then you have to set the correct time zone.

Please let me know if I can help you further. 

Gökhan, if this problem is coming from the feedback form on your website, perhaps you have the wrong timezone on your shared hosting account.

If this is a linux driven host then normally you can change it through cpanel (www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel), otherwise simply contact your host and ask them how to change it.
