Gallery display on Android and iphone shows hands V13

Having developed a responsive website, which tests out Ok on a PC with all the display options I then tried it on an Android and iphone. I have 2 galleries in use, 1 in the header and a futher one below a Page Header image.Both galleries are showing 'hands' in the bottom right hand corner.
I have attached an image showing the effect. Is this due to a setting, which I cant see anywhere, or is it a bug.
This is present on V13.1.7.70 and (V14 Beta reported separately)

The hands are there because of the display of your device, it's a touch screen and in that case the hands show up, these mean you need to swipe.
It is as it should be, normal behavior on a touch screen.
