How do I change the language in web14 I have try SE - Sweden SV - Sweden But it does not change stays in English

in step 1 you have an option current language, use the pulldown at the end of this optiin and select the language you wish.
Also with the button at the end, you can change any word x5 uses in this language, so if needed you can fine tunes almost all standard texts for buttons and remarks.
