Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm so much dissapointed with your v13 always give error and close itself, made me start again to the project, my latest updates are lost... and i always take xml error (0,0) which make me start from the beginning of the project...
Your program website x5 is useless at all.. Waste of time.. So much dissapoited and I think your v14 is useless too...
I'll never get v14...
I cannot finish any of my projects without any errors.. what can i do?

ohh I cant believe... I was including the latest thing and your program made it worst.. I 'm tried to finish it for one month... I will write in everywhere (twitter 2k and facebook 1k) to warn people of your programm if you cannot save my project....
Fulya, whilst this is very frustrating most do not have these issues, so is there any chance your hardware is causing the problem/s.
I lost one project due to faulty sectors on my hard disk (it caused the error in xml 0,0), in my case I fixed it by opening a cmd prompt as administrator and running chkdsk c:/r
You are working on a local hard drive (not a connected USB drive)?
What version of Windows are you running?
What anti-virus package are you using?
Does your PC experience issues with any other software??
