Problem changing "bullets" color in evolution 14

I posted a question about changing the color of “bullets” while using different color of text. I depressed the “solved” button by mistake. However, the information provided works, but it is lousy way of doing it since I have text of different colors but “bullets points” of only one colors.

This problem has existed for a VERYLONG time. The same problem exists if you create a numbered list.
Incomedia does not consider this to be a high-priority issue, so I don’t expect them to fix it.
They haven't fix it till now so it's not likely to happen any time soon...
Best solution is to use some icons as bullets, that's how I have done it for the last 3 years
