E-mails from webshop in WebSite X5 Evolution 9 problems

suddenly I do not receive emails from my webshop. I have tried several times and others have also tried. I have nothing changed the setup. Where is the problem?

Niels, have you contacted your host for your website?
If you have not recently updated your site, the problem is not with WX5.

Hi.
I have tryed to opdate my site, but nok luck. Stille the same. I stille dont get e-mail from my site and the same problem with my custumer. No e-mail when they make a odre.
I also tryed to open my site in X5 version 10 that I have, but It vil not move all my product in my webshop from ver. 9 to ver. 10.
What do I do?

Answer from my host: I recommend contacting those who have developed the program first - unfortunately we can not see anything from here. If they report there is something we can change or help with from here, then of course, you contact us again.
Niels, the only way I can think of checking would be to create one or 2 domain emails (eg purchaser1 at yourdomain.com). Assuming your default email address as used in WX5 is also on the domain (eg. yourname at yourdomain.com), you could test by having purchaser1 at yourdomain.com place an order and see if the confirmation is placed in your email box, and the receipt is sent to purchaser1 at yourdomain.com's email box.
This should rule out the possibility of external email servers blocking your emails (my experience has been that all emails seem to be received on the local domain when this is the issue). Sadly this is quite common in this day of phishing attacks and spam.
Other than the above I do not know how to assist because all support by Incomedia for versions up to V11 have now ceased, so we cannot request their assistance.
You say you tried exporting your site and importing into V10 without success, have you tried importing into V12 (for which online support is still available)?
