Box not centering correctly

I have a box that is not centering correctly. I have tried changing object style, tried changing shape of boxes. Can not figure it out https://youtu.be/pJE1cypvS_s
I want the writing to be centered compared to the picture but the top box is giving me trouble
Note... REALLY sorry about the music. Forgot that was on my computer not my phone... Mute it it will be the same for my next video ... doh

just relized it did not show the view point.. refrence below (all actions and the box that says WE OFFER never changes)
Lauren, the text will center horizontally within the cell, if you want the text vertically centered, you will have to add carriage returns manually before the text until you are happy with the placement.
