Main menu text acting weird

My menu is functioning as it is supposed to. But I'm having trouble with the button text color.
So, I set the color of the button text to be red on mouseover and instead of changing the text completely, it shows up overlayed on top of the regular color. I'm attaching a photo. I thought maybe uploading it to my server would fix it, but it doesn't. I deleted the menu, and started over. And it keeps happening. It looks really bad. I don't want a refund, but I would like a fix. Any suggestions I can try?

Can you upload your site to a temporary folder so we can have a look?
I have attempted to recreate your problem but cannot I am sorry.
The only thought I have had is that I know this was an issue with the menu object in an earlier build, is it possible that the objects need updating (even though you are running the latest version). And is this issue apparent if you view the page in either Firefox or Edge?
