Hi
Unlike Evolution 13, I understand that video files set up in Evolution 14 do not display in Preview - because the browser does not support them. They do get uploaded to the web and displayed correctly.
However, it appears that every time a change is made to other pages in Evolution 14 the videos files are again uploaded. This just slows down the process. Is a way around this.

Here's just a suggestion but what I do to handle this video uploading and server space dilemma in general is upload all of my videos to YouTube and use links to those videos within website X5 to display all video content on my websites, whether it be background video or any other.
In doing this, I'm able to preserve valuable space on my server, upload times are much quicker, and YouTube handles all of the bandwidth needed to play your videos at constant speeds and optimal levels without worrying about too much lag in video playback. This has really worked well and had been very effective for me in my honest opinion.
Regards and good luck with whatever solution you find viable.

Another way you can go about previewing your websites in their entirety in particular when not online is after saving and uploading your site, go into the websites project folder and find the "Preview folder" inside of this folder double click on the "index" file and you'll be able to see all video content and attain a good sense as to where everything will be placed and how your videos will look, before your next upload.
