I can't download free content due to the offer to buy a new version of WebSite X5

when I want to download free content from the site (in this egzample "Animated Headlines")

When I click the FREE button I see a window with a button pointing to the page where I can buy a new version of the Website X5 and nothing more (see attachment)
I don't want to buy now a new wersion of X5 - only download something else - how to do it?

You get the warning because this object is for version 12 and higher. And you have 10.
