If the folder with the project still exists, you may have a backup folder containing a number of backups, if you have only deleted project.iwprj(2) you should be able to copy the backup up to the project folder and rename it project.iwprj (or project.iwprj2)

If the folder has been totally deleted your only option is to create a new project and copy and paste the content from the website.

Mustafa, have you tried to access your site using Filezilla (or similar)?

This would enable you to retrieve any images, documents, etc or perhaps the template components if they are otherwise lost, but there is nothing on your hosted site that can be automatically imported into WX5.

I am sorry, but unfortunately it is not possible to retrieve the whole project by downloading it back. In fact, you can only import iwzip files, which are generated when choosing Export Project on Step 5.

Can you a valid iwzip file?
