Nelze aktivovat Website X5
English (Google translator):
Hello, WebSite X5 Evolution 14 and WebSite X5 Evolution 13 can not be activated, the activation program could not connect to the server when activating online. The Internet is active and functional, the ESET antivirus program has been turned off and all firewalls have been shut down, Evolution 14 or Evolution 13 do not work. Even offline manual activation does not work. When you insert the received unlocking key, the program says that the activation was successful. clicking the next button will always start the activation from scratch, and this happens over and over again. The programs ceased to work about January 5, 2018, Windows 10 Home 64-bit is installed on your PC, the PC is new in operation for 14 days, all before working OK, on another older Windows 7 computer, activation is successful.
Please help, I can not work.
Děkuji a s pozdravem Vladimír Kavka
Thank you and with thanks, Vladimir Kavka
Vladimir, I do not understand totally your post, are you saying it initially installed, activated and worked and then stopped on January 5?
What happened on January 5, a windows update? (if you check in Windows Settings, Update & Security, Windows Update and if necessary click advanced to view update history) Was there an issue, did something fail??
Can you roll back to a time before Jan 5 perhaps through uninstall updates or perhaps System Restore (in control panel).
If on the other hand WX5 has never successfully installed, activated and run, the problem is probably missing support libraries in Windows 10.
This is from an earlier post by Claudio where a user was trying to install WX5 on a PC with a clean Win10 install.
Try to repair the .NET Frameworks by following these steps:
Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and then click on OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.6 and then click ok.
Once done proceed to reinstall the Visual C++ 2013 library:
Download the Visual C++ 2013 installer available on following link (you need to download the x86 version also if the OS is 64bit):
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
In case this should not help try to use before this repair tool http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135 and then try again to start WebSite X5.
Please advise if you can resolve or identify the issue.

Thank you for your answer, the problem is resolved. The activation is probably somehow bound to the BIOS settings, the UEFI mode was booted earlier, but I found out that it is now in LEGACY mode, after switching to UEFI, it is possible to activate the Website again without any problems and everything works again.
Thanks for the update
