Web site title change

No matter what I do I cannot get the web site title to change, I modify it's dialog box in the software upload a full version of the site and yet the title does not change

Hi Philip have you tried refreshing your internet page? Sometimes I have to clear mine completely before it shows the updated page.

I have many times and on inspecting the page source it still shows the old title, no matter what I do it won't change
Quite frustrating given that the current title is totally wrong for my site
Are you changing it in the "header" in section 2 "template"?
Philip, perhaps you could provide a screenshot of exactly what you are trying to change?
