I lost my hard drive and all my files. I re-installed Website X5 13 in my new computer but all the creation files or iwzip files were lost. I still have the website I created and all its files. Can I import the old website into the program or do I have to start from scratch?

Hi

unless you have the iwzip file you can not import your site into the problem, but if you have all the text and images from your old site you will have to start from scratch, if you want your new site to look exactly like your old site you can send us your old website and we can rebuild it for you into which ever version of website x5 you choose (we have done this for many users). If you want us to do it you can contact us in info at x5tuts dot com

regards

jamie

Dear Jorge,

I am sorry for what has happened.

If you do not have any iwzip file, unfortunately you cannot import the project. You have mentioned you still have the project files: do you mean the ones available in the Backup folder or those exported on the server?

Thanks! Kind regards
