I am not able to download content from the X5 online picture catalog, during a download attempt I get the error MSG below (screen capture of msg.) and then the download fails?

Do you get this error when you select a picture from the Online Library? Does it happen with the Image Object only or in any place where you can select the Online Gallery?
Please disable your antivirus and start the program as administrator and please let me know if you keep having this issue.
