Crash/error message entry point not found

WebsiteX5, Evolution 12 has started to crash when I click on Preview. Attached is the error message that begins Entry Point Not Found. Can you tell me, please, how to fix this? thank you

Debra, it sounds like the preview does not support the filetype you are using. Has VLC upgraded recently?
However, you appear to own Evo v14, have you considered exporting from 12 and importing to v14 to see if this resolves the issue??
