It works on my end, what I did:

Started upp x5, slected the project in project selecttion. pressed on the right Rename button. Then changed name and pressed enter (or select another project. Project was normally renamed.

Maybe it was not closed correctly? I f above does not work, open project, then press save, then goto project selection and try again.

I am Also HAving the save problem in Ver 14

NOne of the above suggestions work. it did work in Ver 13

Try a restart of pc, then start x5 and rename project. Maybe some file is still in use somewhere.

I did a fresh install on a different computer. It is still the same, not able to rename. Also happening on both copies of ver 15

As Andre said, this should not be an issue. There are 3 way to rename a project. Select it and click Rename

Simply select the name and edit it, or if neither works for you, close WX5, browse to the project folder with Windows Explorer and rename the project folder.

Assuming these projects are local (not "in the cloud"), is it possible that your anti-virus/firewall/malware/security protection is blocking such a change?

And as I have said, it does not work, ver 14 and 15on 2 different computers

Jeff, did you try the 3rd option (outside of WX5)?
