Let's try and verify what can be causing this issue for you.

First of all, what is the file you mention that you can't seem to find? Why are you searching for it? Is it involved somehow in the problem?

Secondly, do you get this Crash only with v15? If you still have the v14 installed, can you run it flawlessly?

Does the crash happen after a particular operation, or at the very start? Has this always happened, or were you able to work on the v15 for a while?

There was a post in the forum about deleting that file I mentioned.  I was following that to see if it would correct my crashing v15 ...

I still have v14 and now it will not load either ... This problem began after I installed v15.  I got an email from Incomedia about the Power Update to v15 (with a key in the email).  So I downloaded that and installed it.  However v15 will not open.  I click it and it trys to load then gives me the message in that attached picture I sent.

15 has not loaded once since installation.

Please help!

Ok ... problem solved ... I uninstalled v15 ... then v14 would load again ... so I rebooted the pc then redownloaded the intall file for 15 ... installed 2nd time ... now it works!!!
