This looks familiar, could the problems be related?
Perhaps there is a temporary error with the Incomedia site, or more likely an internet connection proplem with your service provider?

administrtator cmd prompt (right click cmd, run as admin)
In the dos box type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter.
