How long for Cleverbridge to process payment?

I purchased X5 Evolution at 11:12am today, and it's now over three hours since then and 'm still waiting for Cb to process the payment (Discover) to get the program, credits, and templates activated. (No, it's not in the spam or junk folders.)
Three hours to process a major credit card SHOULD be unacceptable to Incomedia. It certainly is to me.

Ahhhh, apparently Cb doesn't accept Discover (though it never said it didn't). Tried a Visa and the approval was immediate. There are some small icons at the payment dialog box but I never realized they represented the cards they accepted, and there was NO error message about not accepting Discover. Bah...but resolved
